Can I pay with debit or credit card?

We are cash only. The closest ATM is on the corner of Walnut and Balfour (Bank of the West). Cherries are $4.00 per pound. You pay for what you pick.

Are pets welcome?

No pets are allowed in the orchard. Service animals are welcome with proper identification.

Is there an area to picnic?

Bloomfield Cherries is designed for cherry picking only. We do not allow picnics in the orchard. Please visit the Veterans Park to enjoy a picnic. Located at: 3841 Balfour Rd, Brentwood, CA 94513.

What is provided when I come picking?

• Large Plastic Bags - You can pick with your own bags/buckets, but the cherries will be transferred to our plastic bag at check out to weight them.

• Ladders - There are ladders scattered throughout the orchard.

  We do not provide boxes.

What is the best way to get my cherries home?

Leave the plastic bag open. Fruit will sweat when it is in sealed containers.

Can my child use the ladder?

We ask that only adults use the ladders. There are plenty of cherries that are low hanging that children can enjoy picking. We also ask that you do not climb in the trees. When branches are broken they damage the amount of fruit that the tree can produce.
